A very cool webbased formbuilder was introduced featuring many cool Javascript tricks called Jotform.

This form builder lets you drag and drop widgets from a toolbox to your form and create a form just using your mouse!

Competition

Formassembly, another formbuilder, wasn’t launched too long ago. Formassembley however doesn’t feature the handy drag-and-droppable toolbox feature, which really makes Jotform shine.

Too bad though that Jotforms forms are table based and not CSS. Another feature which intrigues me about Formassembly is the Aggregated view of responses with charts . Very handy for questionnaires!
